We have had such a fun day! We learnt how to make 3D wire sculptures of flowers, we made felt pictures of leaves and we explored the gallery and grounds!

One day I was running away on a cold black night. I was running away from my friend because we were playing tag on an evening after school. Suddenly I stopped. There in front of me was a gateway. “How do I get past the gateway?” I thought to myself. Pounding feet were getting louder and louder. Then in the corner of my eye leaning against the wall was a step ladder. I raced to the step ladder and I put the step ladder over the gateway.

One day I woke up and I went downstairs and my Mum and Dad were talking a foreign language. I could not understand them so I went back to my bedroom and watched telly but then they came up and they spoke to me and I still did not know what they were saying so I went to sleep and I woke up and when I woke up I went down stairs and my Mum and Dad were still talking a foreign language.

One day we were being scientists and then we magically shrunk into little people now we could look closer. We didn’t know if it was alive or not so I touched it But it stung me We looked behind us and we saw two boxes and so we saw one was open and saw a code for the other one. We tried to crack the code. But no we still couldn’t do it.

One day I was playing hide and seek with my big brother when I went into the room and in front of me there was a magic door. Then I heard a door bang and footsteps come towards the door so I opened the door … And when I opened the cupboard door … A gust of wind blew through the cupboard doors. I heard my brother counting so I quickly got into the cupboard and then something spiked me on my back. Then a minute later I found myself in deep deep snow. I looked around the cupboard door was gone where was I? I walked a little further until I came to a door saying do not disturb please so I didn’t knock and I went in. There stood a tall figure he said hello your lady he said come and have some warm coco so I did.

“But I couldn’t find the egg” said Tom to Ellena. “now another beast will rise” said Ellena stroking her pet wolf, Silver. “We’d better get on with it then” said tom impatiently. So Tom, Ellena and Silver walked to the stables to find Storm, there noble stallion… some time later storm was galloping through fields. Soon they were at Stone wink volcano. At the top was the egg. Tom and Ellena started to climb soon they found the egg, hatching. “We’re to late” cried ellena. “We’ll kill it inside the egg then” said tom. So he sheathed his sword and brought it on the egg.

Y3 East Meets West Extravaganza!
A huge well done to Class 1, 2 and 3 for all of their hard work this term and a fantastic performance during the East Meets West Extravaganza. It has been a fascinating topic and a joy to be a part of the learning journey. Well done everybody!

I would like to be the night zoo keeper. I wouldn’t let anyone take the animals especially the purple orange and pink monkey and the multicolour time travelling elephants. As soon as I get there I’ll put barriers around all the magic, colourful, wonderful animals. They wouldn’t be touched by any monsters especially fierce ones. I would feed them all the right amount another right food and I will take them to the vet when they need to be taken. I’ll check up on them all five times a day. I will feed them twice a day.
